#5 "Learning Qualities about Family"

A skill/quality about my mom that I learned about is her artistic talent. After seeing the art that she's done throughout my lifetime and hers, I have become inspired to be artistic myself. Starting at a young age and as I've grown, I've drawn, painted, many things under her guidance and now started to take lessons on drawing and painting. I admire this quality so much because I find art beautiful, expressive, and fun to do. Her art isn't like mine, but sure is an inspiration for many things I've created. Recently, I've swayed from that type of art and have become more towards a fashion interest, which I so far plan to major in as I endeavor through my education and career. This common interest hasn't swayed my opinion of her, but has made me grow closer to her as I age.
